Bo Huerstel, Arizona Supreme Court No. CR-01-0103-AP Capital direct appeal to Arizona Supreme Court from 1999 Pizza Hut triple homicide. Reversed for new trial. Mr. Huerstel was acquitted of first degree murder represented by Laura Udall at new trial. State v. Marcus LaSalle Finch, Arizona Supreme Court No. CR-99-0551-AP Capital direct appeal to Arizona Supreme Court from 1998 Famous Sam’s murder. Conviction affirmed, remanded for resentencing following Ring v. Arizona. Mr. Finch was resentenced to life in prison on remand represented by Wanda Day. State v.
